Returns/exchanges policy

Exchanges policy

 We're happy for you to return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for an exchange of a different size/colour:

-Please contact within 7 days from receipt of your item(s) and remember to provide us with your order number and the size/colour you would like to exchange for.

Please note that we will examine the items upon receive. All items must be returned in their original condition. They must be unworn and all labels and tags must remain attached, along with the original packaging. Any items found to be soiled, damaged, appear to of been worn, washed or repaired will be exempt from this returns policy, and no exchange/refund will be given. All item packaging needs to be intact with no rips / tears / cellotape attached and all shoe boxes need to be intact with no sign of damage.

-We will provide you with the full returns address. You are responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) back to us. We cannot be held responsible for an item(s) lost in the post when you return it to us so we would recommend you return it by tracked delivery.

-Upon receipt of item(s), we will email you to acknowledge receipt. We will inspect the item(s) and send you an exchange. We will be sent a further email to confirm the dispatch.

-You will not be charged postage fees for sending the exchange to you.

Refunds policy

We're happy to refund you if your item(s) is returned within 14 days in its original condition:

-Please email us within 7 days from receipt of your item(s) and remember to provide us with your order number.

-We will email you back to provide you with our full returns address.

-Upon receipt of item(s), we will email you to acknowledge receipt of item(s). We will then inspect the item(s) and issue you a full refund of the order amount and will email you again to confirm refund.

Faulty / Damaged Item(s)

We check all item(s) prior to dispatch for any damage/faults. However, if you have received an item(s) that is damaged or faulty, please follow the exchange procedure.
